TWO co-founders both enthusiastic to technology and customer servicing, accumulate over 25 years solid experience on IT planning, integration and support services.
Maintain a pool of 7 ~ 10 full time technical support specialists for past 10 years. Most with solid experience and daily exposure to multi-national enterprise IT support.
